RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Saint Diables, we stand behind the quality of our gear. However, if the fit isn't right or you’ve changed your mind, we are here to help.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags Attached: All original tags (Necktags and Hangtags) must remain attached to the garment.

  • No Odors: Items with scents of perfume, smoke, or laundry detergent will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Since we handle everything homemade and personal, all returns are processed via email:

  1. Send an email to Saintdiables@gmail.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable..

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
