SHIPPING POLICY

At Saint Diables, we take pride in our "homemade" approach. Every order is handled with care directly from our headquarters in Denmark to ensure the quality meets our standards before it reaches your door.

PROCESSING TIME

Because we manage the final steps of production and quality control ourselves, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed. You will receive a notification as soon as your gear is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 400 DKK. This is automatically applied at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days after processing.

  • Europe: 4-8 business days after processing.

  • Rest of the World: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier. Saint Diables is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package until it arrives.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Saint Diables is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
